2. რას ვყიდით
პერსონალური ანიმაციური ვიდეოები ინდივიდუალური შეკვეთით - მომხმარებლის ფოტოებისა და ისტორიის მიხედვით.
ვიდეო ციფრული ფაილია, ფიზიკური მიწოდება არ ხდება: ჩამოსატვირთ ბმულს ვაგზავნით ელ-ფოსტით ან მესენჯერით შეთანხმებულ ვადაში.
3. ფასი და გადახდა
შეკვეთის საბოლოო თანხას მომხმარებელს გადახდამდე ვუთანხმებთ. გადახდა - 100%, გმირების უფასო ესკიზების დამტკიცების შემდეგ.
გადახდა ხდება ბარათით (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) გადახდის სერვისის Keepz დაცულ გვერდზე (შპს KEEPZ.ME, საქართველოს ეროვნული ბანკის ლიცენზია). თანხა ჩამოიჭრება ქართულ ლარში (GEL). თუ ბარათის ვალუტა სხვაა, მომხმარებლის ბანკმა შეიძლება თანხა თავისი კურსით გადაიყვანოს და საკომისიო დაიკავოს.
ბარათის მონაცემებს ამუშავებს Keepz - ჩვენ მათ ვერ ვხედავთ და არ ვინახავთ. გადახდის შემდეგ მომხმარებელი იღებს დადასტურებას ელ-ფოსტით ან მესენჯერით.
4. დაბრუნება
ვიდეო მზადდება ინდივიდუალურად, მომხმარებლის მასალების მიხედვით, ამიტომ გადახდის შემდეგ თანხა არ ბრუნდება, გარდა ორი შემთხვევისა: ვიდეო შეთანხმებულ ვადაში არ ჩავაბარეთ ან შეკვეთაზე უარი ჩვენ ვთქვით.
ამ პირობის შესახებ მომხმარებელს გადახდამდე ვატყობინებთ და, გადახდით, ის ამ პირობას ეთანხმება (საქართველოს კანონი „მომხმარებელთა უფლებების დაცვის შესახებ“ №1455, მუხლი 14).
ასეთ შემთხვევებში თანხა ბრუნდება იმავე ბარათზე 14 სამუშაო დღის განმავლობაში; გადახდის სისტემის საკომისიო არ ბრუნდება.
5. დავები
ხელშეკრულებაზე ვრცელდება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობა. პრეტენზია ჯერ გამოგზავნეთ მისამართზე help@milodia.com შეკვეთის ნომრით.

2. What we sell
Personal animated videos made to order from the customer's photos and story.
The video is a digital file, there is no physical delivery: we send a download link by email or messenger within the agreed term.
3. Price and payment
The final amount is agreed with the customer before payment. Payment is 100%, after the customer has approved the free character sketches.
Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) on the secure page of the payment service Keepz (KEEPZ.ME LLC, licensed by the National Bank of Georgia). The card is charged in Georgian lari (GEL). If the card currency is different, the customer's bank may convert the amount at its own rate and charge a fee.
Card details are processed by Keepz - we do not see or store them. After payment the customer receives a confirmation by email or messenger.
4. Refunds
Each video is made individually from the customer's materials, so payments are not refundable once made, except in two cases: we did not deliver the video within the agreed term, or we declined the order ourselves.
The customer is informed of this condition before payment and agrees to it by paying (Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection No. 1455, Article 14).
In these cases the money is returned to the same card within 14 business days; the payment system fee is not refundable.
5. Disputes
The contract is governed by the laws of Georgia. Please send any claim first to help@milodia.com with your order number.
